Augustine Frizzell to Direct Ronda Rousey Biopic for Netflix
Ronda Rousey, a famous fighter, is getting a movie made about her life.
It's based on her books.
A director named Augustine Frizzell, who also likes fighting and has directed popular shows like 'Euphoria,' will be in charge.
Rousey wrote the movie script herself after studying how to do it.
Netflix is making the movie.
The story will cover both her successes and tough times, including a fight she lost and how she felt afterward.
The movie was originally planned at another studio, but eventually ended up at Netflix, which is excited about the project.
Augustine Frizzell is set to direct Ronda Rousey's biopic based on her memoirs.
The project is a Netflix adaptation of Rousey's memoirs 'My Fight/Your Fight' and 'Our Fight'.
Rousey wrote the screenplay after learning about screenwriting, finishing in seven days.
Michelle Evans, a Netflix executive, championed the project, which was originally at Paramount.
