FIR filed against Naresh Meena for remarks on PM Modi, CM Sharma
Naresh Meena, a well-known leader, is in trouble again.
He made some very rude comments about the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister of Rajasthan during a big meeting of farmers and villagers.
The meeting was about stopping a dam project that people think will flood their homes and farms.
Someone recorded his speech, and now the police have filed a case against him.
Meena has been in trouble before for hitting a government official.
He recently lost an election but is still very active in politics.
The police are now investigating his remarks.
Naresh Meena, a prominent leader, is facing legal action for allegedly making derogatory remarks against PM Modi and CM Sharma during a mahapanchayat.
The incident occurred on November 21 in Jodli Gram Panchayat, where thousands gathered to protest the proposed Dungri Dam project.
A complaint was filed by Vikas Singh, co-convener of the BJP district legal cell, alleging that Meena used indecent language against leaders holding constitutional positions.
Police have registered an FIR at the Sapotra police station and have begun an investigation based on a video of Meena's speech.
Meena had previously been jailed for slapping an SDM during the 2023 Assembly polls and recently contested the Anta bypolls as an independent candidate.
