BPTP Awards Construction Contract for Residential Project in Gurugram
BPTP, a real estate company, has hired BL Kashyap & Sons Ltd.
to build its new homes called Gaia Residences and Verti Greens in Gurugram.
This is a big project with a lot of space, about 4.2 million square feet!
The construction contract is worth around Rs.910 crores.
These new homes are part of a larger community called Amstoria, and BPTP hopes they'll be really nice places to live.
They're also working with famous design companies to make the homes look good.
BPTP awarded civil works contract for Gaia Residences & Verti Greens to BL Kashyap & Sons Ltd.
The contract covers approximately 4.2 million square feet of built-up area.
The contract is valued at approximately Rs.910 crores.
Gaia Residences and Verti Greens are part of BPTP’s Amstoria community.
