Lodha Posts Record Q3 Pre-Sales
Lodha Developers, a big property company, had its best sales ever in the third quarter of the financial year 2026.
They sold properties worth ₹ 5620 crore, which is 25% more than last year and 23% more than the previous quarter.
The company is confident that their strong sales and new projects will help them reach their yearly sales goal of ₹ 210 bn.
They also added five new projects in different cities, making their total development value very high.
Despite spending a lot on new projects, their debt is still low.
The company's stock price was ₹ 1110.60 on Wednesday.
They are also entering the NCR market, which is a big deal because it's the second-largest housing market in India.
Lodha Developers posted record quarterly pre-sales of ₹ 5620 crore in Q3FY26, with 25% YoY and 23% sequential growth.
The company aims to achieve its annual pre-sales guidance of ₹ 210 bn, supported by strong sales momentum and a significant launch pipeline in Q4.
Collections were ₹ 3560 crore, lower than Q3FY25 due to one-off inflows from large land and office sales, but are expected to increase in coming quarters.
Five new projects with a gross development value of ₹ 33800 crore were added in Mumbai, NCR, and Bengaluru, taking 9MFY26 business development to ₹ 58800 crore, 2.35x of its annual guidance.
Lodha entered the NCR market, the second-largest housing market in India, to serve nearly 80% of the housing demand across the top seven Indian cities.
