A woman named Jimmi, who runs a flower shop, says that on July 18 a man named Niranjan, who claimed to be from the office of AAP MLA Virender Singh Kadian, took flowers from her shop and threatened to shut it down.

Jimmi says the whole thing was recorded on phones and CCTV.
