NMC Launches Drive to Boost School Admissions for Upcoming Year
Imagine the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) wants more kids to go to their schools!
They're working hard to let parents know about all the cool, free stuff their schools offer.
These include free admission, books, uniforms, and even meals!
They also provide things like bikes, bus passes, and help for students with disabilities.
Teachers are trying to get at least 10 new students each.
The NMC wants everyone to know about the great education they provide.
They have primary, secondary schools, and junior colleges, hoping more students will join them.
NMC is increasing efforts to boost student enrollment in its schools for 2025-26.
Additional Commissioner Vaishnavi B visited a school to inspect enrollment and meet parents.
NMC schools offer free admission, textbooks, uniforms, meals, and more.
Each teacher is tasked with securing at least 10 new student enrollments by June 30.
NMC operates 114 schools including primary, secondary and junior colleges.
