That temporary release was called a furlough.

He spent the furlough at the Dera Sacha Sauda headquarters in Sirsa.

When the 21 days ended, he returned to Sunaria jail in Rohtak.

This was his 17th furlough since his conviction in 2017.

He was also recently acquitted in two separate 2002 murder cases.
