TTD to Launch AI Chatbot in 15 Days
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) is going to launch an AI chatbot in the next 15 days.
This chatbot, made with the help of Tata Consultancy Services and Amazon Web Services, will help pilgrims from all over the world.
It will answer questions about the shrine and different services.
The chatbot can talk in 13 Indian languages and will work all the time.
It will also give real-time information and has special features like turning speech into text and text into speech.
This will help many pilgrims at once and make things faster and easier.
TTD is launching an AI chatbot in 15 days to assist pilgrims with their queries.
The chatbot is developed with the help of Tata Consultancy Services and Amazon Web Services.
It will support 13 Indian languages and provide real-time information on darshan tickets, accommodation, transport, and refunds.
The chatbot will offer 'speech to text' and 'text to speech' features.
The estimated monthly cost for cloud services is Rs 4 lakh, with an annual cost of Rs 50 lakh (excluding taxes).
