Jagan Seeks CBI Probe Into Andhra Pradesh DSC Irregularities

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy says there were serious problems in Andhra Pradesh’s teacher recruitment exams.

He wants the Central Bureau of Investigation to examine the allegations.

He questioned why one officer prepared the question paper and also managed the examinations.

Opposition leaders also asked how an SCERT outsourcing employee obtained the highest rank in a district.

They alleged that a merit list was changed and that a candidate was wrongly said to have missed certificate verification.

They also questioned 372 sports-quota appointments and claims that some candidates were asked to pay money.

Education Minister Nara Lokesh has said there was nothing wrong with giving both exam duties to one officer.

Jagan also rejected allegations about earlier Group-1 appointments, saying those recruitments followed court directions and had no paper leak.
