Police arrested a 33-year-old private tutor in Mumbai for allegedly sexually assaulting and molesting a 17-year-old student.

The student told her parents, who reported the case; police registered charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
