Steel Exchange India Q2 Revenue Rises 45% to ₹340 Crore

Steel Exchange India said it made about ₹340 crore in revenue during the second quarter of financial year 2027.

That was 45% more than the figure it reported for the comparable period.

The company also made more re-bar in a quarter than ever before.

September was its strongest month for production so far.

It said a reheating furnace helped improve production efficiency and use of its capacity.

The company is also moving into specialty steels under a government incentive scheme.

It described the quarter as an important step in its turnaround.

The reported figures are provisional and have not yet been audited.
