President Murmu Performs Rituals at Vishnupad Temple

The President of India, Droupadi Murmu, went to a temple in Gaya to perform a special Hindu ritual called 'pind daan.'

This is done to help the souls of her ancestors find peace.

She prayed and offered water at the temple and on the riverbank.

Many people visit this temple to do the same thing, especially during a particular time of year.
