Comprehensive Probe Underway After KGBV Girls’ Hair-Cutting Incident
A group of girls at a KGBV hostel in Bheemunipatnam discovered that their hair had been cut while they were asleep.
The incident happened after midnight on September 16.
The girls lived in two rooms.
Six girls in one room and four in the other reported the problem.
They told hostel workers, who informed senior officials.
