Flipkart Ordered to Refund Rs 1.8 Lakh for Beard Oil Mistake
A man in Mumbai ordered an Apple iPhone from Flipkart but received beard growth oil instead.
He tried to get help from Flipkart's customer support many times, but they didn't fix the problem.
A consumer court said Flipkart and the seller have to give him back the money he paid for the iPhone, plus extra money for the trouble.

Apple India was dismissed from the case as they are not involved in the delivery process.
