MP Chief Minister Honors Visually Impaired Bundeli Singer Sunil Lodhi

Sunil Lodhi is a 25-year-old singer from Sagar in Madhya Pradesh.

He has been unable to see since he was born.

He learned songs from people in his village and from his first music teacher.

Because his family had little money, he once sang devotional songs on trains to earn money.

A social media page helped share recordings of his singing.

One of his Hanuman bhajans became popular online in 2020.

A film director later invited him to record a song for Hanuman Ansh.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav met Sunil and promised him ₹1 lakh, music education, and help seeking treatment for his eyesight.
