India Honors Vajpayee on 101st Birth Anniversary
India is celebrating the 101st birth anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, a former Prime Minister.
Many places and roads are being named after him to honor his contributions.
The Prime Minister inaugurated a special place called Rashtra Prerna Sthal in Lucknow to remember Vajpayee's ideas.
Other leaders also praised Vajpayee for his leadership and the good things he did for the country, like making India a nuclear power and starting programs to help poor people.
The government is also setting up institutions and installing statues of Vajpayee to keep his ideas alive.
A park in Delhi was renamed 'Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sadbhavana Udyan' to honor the former prime minister.
