MPCB and MIA Team Up to Combat Plastic Pollution
Imagine a group of people working together to clean up a messy place, like your room!
The Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) and the MIDC Industries Association (MIA) are teaming up to clean up the MIDC Hingna area because of illegal trash dumping.
They had a meeting to plan the cleanup and to learn how to manage the trash in a better way.
They want to find all the places where people are dumping waste illegally and stop them.
They want to make this area super clean and green, a good example for others.
This project helps with the worldwide effort to get rid of plastic trash.
MPCB and MIA are collaborating to address plastic waste dumping.
A joint meeting was held to strategize and launch a cleanliness drive.
The initiative aims to promote scientific waste management.
