Twinkle Khanna Reflects On Modern Motherhood
Twinkle Khanna, a famous author and mom, talked about how being a mother is different now than when she was a kid.
She said that when she was young, moms just had to make sure their kids ate, did homework, and took care of their hair.
But now, moms have to do so much more, like being a psychologist, teacher, and even a screen time monitor.
She also laughed about how she's starting to act like her own mom, giving her kids funny nicknames, just like her mom did to her and her sister.
Even though being a mom is harder now, Twinkle thinks it's also full of funny moments.
Twinkle Khanna discussed the evolution of motherhood at her new book launch.
She contrasted the simplicity of motherhood in her youth with the complexity of modern motherhood.
Modern mothers now have to play multiple roles, including psychologist, educator, and screen monitor.
Twinkle admitted to adopting her mother's habit of giving her children unusual nicknames.
She humorously noted that while motherhood is tougher today, it's also filled with amusing moments.
