GCG Students Protest Encroachment of College Ground in Ludhiana
Students at a college in Ludhiana are upset because they heard that some of their sports ground might be turned into a parking lot.
They protested because they need the space for sports and other activities, and they believe the land belongs to the college.
The students and some teachers are against the plan, which was proposed to provide parking for a nearby temple.
A member of parliament had asked the government to give the land for parking.
