Parking-Lot Conversation Transforms Security Guard's Career

A security guard named Aniket Katkar in Mumbai had a big dream.

He wanted to learn how to make videos.

One day, he saw a digital creator named Kushal Lodha in the parking lot of his apartment building.

He asked Lodha if he could learn from him.

Lodha saw how eager Katkar was and gave him a chance to work on his podcast videos.

Katkar taught himself many new skills, like recording videos and setting up microphones.

Now, he is in charge of making all of Lodha's podcast videos.

Lodha says that you don't need expensive school degrees to be successful.

What's important is having a strong desire to learn and keep going.

Katkar's story shows that sometimes, all it takes is one conversation to change your life.
