Leaders Pray at Temples for New Year
Two important leaders from Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan and Pyyavula Keshav, visited special temples to pray for the New Year.
Pawan Kalyan went to a very old temple in Telangana called Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple.
He and another leader, Medipally Satyam, will start building new things there, like places for people to stay.
The temple is over 500 years old and has a special statue with two faces.
Pyyavula Keshav went to another temple in Andhra Pradesh called Sri Nettikanti Anjaneyaswamy Temple.
He prayed with his family for the well-being and prosperity of the people in Andhra Pradesh.
Both leaders believe that praying at these temples will bring good things to the people and help with the development of the state.
Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and Choppadandi MLA Medipally Satyam will participate in the foundation stone-laying ceremony at Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple on January 3.
Development works worth ₹35.19 crore, sanctioned by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, will commence at the temple.
The temple is a 500-year-old pilgrimage center with a unique two-faced deity symbolizing Lord Narasimha and Lord Hanuman.
