Case Filed Against Employee for ₹3 Lakh Fund Diversion
A man named Srikanth Reddy, who worked for a company called Freedom Screens India LLP, is in trouble.
He took money from the company's clients and put it into his own bank account.
The company found out when new clients said they were told to pay Srikanth directly.
The company's boss, Dhruv Dilip Patel, told the police, and now Srikanth is in legal trouble.
The police have started a case against him for taking ₹3 lakh without permission.
A case has been registered against Srikanth Reddy, a former sales executive of Freedom Screens India LLP, for diverting ₹3 lakh of company funds.
Reddy was accused of collecting advance payments directly into his personal bank account under the pretense of offering GST reductions.
The company management became aware of the issue when new clients informed the replacement employee, Kumar Naik, about Reddy's instructions.
Reddy was terminated immediately after the management questioned him about the unexplained funds in his account.
The police registered the case based on a complaint filed by Dhruv Dilip Patel, the company's management representative.
