Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor Challenges Thames Valley Police in Court

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested in February while police investigated whether he shared government documents with Jeffrey Epstein.

The alleged document-sharing was said to have happened while he worked as a trade representative.

Police questioned him after he was detained.

The Telegraph reported that he has now taken legal action against Thames Valley Police.

He has reportedly asked a judge to review whether the police acted lawfully and whether search warrants were valid.

Those warrants allowed searches at his home on the Sandringham Estate and his former home at Royal Lodge in Windsor.

Andrew denies wrongdoing related to Epstein and says he regrets their friendship.

Reuters said it could not immediately verify The Telegraph's report, and police and Buckingham Palace did not immediately comment.
