The Hundred Cricket: Unique Format Differs From T20

The Hundred is a new type of cricket tournament.

Instead of the usual 20 overs (120 balls) like in T20 cricket, each team plays 100 balls per innings.

Bowlers can bowl a maximum of 20 balls, which is different from T20 where they bowl a maximum of 24 balls.

The powerplay, where special rules apply, is for the first 25 balls.

The games are still considered official T20 games, and player stats count in their records.
