Brijendra Singh Choudhary Stripped of Asian Beach Games Silver

Brijendra Singh Choudhary is an Indian kabaddi player.

He competed at the Asian Beach Games in Sanya, China.

His drug test on April 27, 2026, found brinzolamide in his sample.

Brinzolamide is not allowed under anti-doping rules because it is a diuretic and masking agent.

Choudhary accepted the test result and the punishment.

His second-place result in men’s Beach Kabaddi was removed, so he lost the silver medal connected to that result.

The International Kabaddi Federation will decide whether he faces any additional punishment.

The decision may be appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
