AVPN Global Conference 2026 Opens in New Delhi
The AVPN Global Conference 2026 is a large meeting about improving lives across Asia.
It opened in New Delhi, India, for the first time in the conference’s history.
Almost 2,000 people are attending, including investors, government officials, companies and community leaders.
They are discussing ways to work together instead of solving problems separately.
Topics include health, climate change, gender equality, jobs and new technology.
One project announced a USD 1 billion pipeline for climate investments in Maharashtra.
Other sessions will discuss tuberculosis and climate-related health risks.
The meeting will end with a day focused on using different kinds of money to grow helpful projects.
The AVPN Global Conference 2026 opened at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on August 26, its first edition in India.
Nearly 2,000 funders, investors, corporations, policymakers and changemakers are attending the three-day conference.
The event focuses on coordinated capital, inclusive growth and Asia-led solutions under the theme “A Blueprint for Action in Asia.”
India’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the Government of Maharashtra and other partners are featured in initiatives on health, climate and tuberculosis.
The conference will conclude with an Impact Investing Day examining how grants, debt and equity can help scale solutions.
