Certus Capital Commits Over Rs 1,000 Crore to Real Estate
Certus Capital is a company that helps pay for real estate projects in India.
It gave money to people building homes, offices, and buildings that are a mix of both.
In the first six months of 2026, it promised to invest more than Rs 1,000 crore.
That is a very big amount of money.
The company spread its money across different cities.
The biggest share, 37 per cent, went to the National Capital Region, which is the area around Delhi.
Hyderabad got a little more than a quarter of the money.
Mumbai and Chennai each received 19 per cent of the commitments.
