Shree KB Realty Acquires 3-Acre Land in Greater Noida
Shree KB Realty, a company that builds homes and offices, bought a big piece of land in Greater Noida.
They paid 122 crore rupees for it in an auction.
The land is almost 3 acres big.
The company's boss, Rakesh Singhal, said they will build a commercial building there.
He thinks there's a lot of demand for such spaces because many people are moving into new homes in that area.
The company has built many buildings in Delhi and around it before.
Shree KB Realty acquired a 3-acre land parcel in Greater Noida West for Rs 122 crore, including lease rent and stamp duty charges.
The company plans to develop a commercial project with a built-up area of 8.5 lakh sq feet on the acquired land.
Rakesh Singhal, founder of Shree KB Group, cited strong demand for commercial spaces in Greater Noida due to the completion of many housing projects.
Shree KB Realty, established in 2005, has delivered over 5.5 lakh sq ft of premium residential and commercial space in Delhi-NCR.
The land was acquired through an auction process conducted by the Greater Noida Authority.
