TTD approves insurance cover and welfare measures for devotees
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams approved new help for pilgrims and their families.
Families will receive Rs 2 lakh if a devotee dies from natural causes while staying in Tirumala.
TTD will pay the insurance cost for this plan.
The payment will be arranged with the Life Insurance Corporation of India.
TTD also increased accident compensation from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams approved a Rs 2 lakh insurance benefit for families of devotees who die of natural causes during their stay in Tirumala.
