Andhra Pradesh Assembly Passes Speed of Doing Business Bill

Andhra Pradesh Assembly Passes Speed of Doing Business Bill

The Andhra Pradesh Assembly approved a new law to make government services and business approvals faster.

The law is called the Speed of Doing Business Bill.

If a government service is rejected or delayed, an appeal will start automatically.

People will not need to submit a separate appeal.

Officials must decide the appeal within 21 days.

The law also changes fire-safety rules and allows approved outside agencies to conduct fire audits.

New committees will watch industrial applications and help prevent delays.

The government says these changes will make rules simpler and services more accountable.
