Collector Orders Timely Syllabus Completion During District Inspections

District Collector K. Haritha visited a junior college and a health centre.

She wanted teachers to finish lessons before annual examinations.

She also asked officials to make sure all students attend classes.

Students were told to receive computer training.

At the health centre, she checked whether staff were present and medicines were available.

She asked doctors to treat minor illnesses without sending patients elsewhere unnecessarily.

She also said pregnant women near delivery should receive special care.

Staff were instructed to keep the facilities clean, punctual and properly supplied.
