Collector Orders Timely Syllabus Completion During District Inspections
District Collector K. Haritha visited a junior college and a health centre.
She wanted teachers to finish lessons before annual examinations.
She also asked officials to make sure all students attend classes.
Students were told to receive computer training.

She asked doctors to treat minor illnesses without sending patients elsewhere unnecessarily.
She also said pregnant women near delivery should receive special care.

She inspected attendance, classrooms, teaching standards and facilities at Government Junior College in Indiranagar.
Haritha called for 100 per cent student attendance and computer literacy training.
At Rebbena Primary Health Centre, she reviewed attendance, medicine stocks and patient wards.
She ordered quality treatment, fewer unnecessary referrals, special care for full-term pregnant women, and improved cleanliness and punctuality.
