Surajkund Mela: Traffic and Transport Updates

The Surajkund International Atmanirbhar Craft Fair is happening from January 31 to February 15, 2026.

To manage traffic, the Faridabad and Gurugram Traffic Police have issued advisories.

Heavy and commercial vehicles will not be allowed on certain routes during the fair.

Drivers going from Gurugram to Delhi via Faridabad can use alternative routes.

The police have also set up 10 parking spots for fair visitors.

Heavy vehicles are banned on the Faridabad road leading to the fair and must use alternative routes like KMP.

The Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) will operate a special bus service using electric buses from Badarpur Border Metro Station to the Surajkund Mela grounds.

This service aims to provide safe, affordable, and convenient public transport for visitors, reducing traffic congestion and promoting environmentally sustainable travel.
