Indian Artillery Key in Operation Sindoor and Border Clashes
Imagine the Indian Army has super powerful guns that can hit targets very far away.
After terrorists attacked in Pahalgam, the Army used these guns to strike back, hitting targets in Pakistan.
They also used these guns to defend against Pakistan's attacks along the border, causing damage to their positions.
The Army is constantly upgrading its guns to be even more accurate and have a longer reach.
The Indian Army's Artillery regiment played a major role in Operation Sindoor, hitting terror targets and responding to Pakistani shelling.
Precision strikes targeted nine terror camps in Pakistan and PoK, with over 100 terrorists reportedly killed.
Artillery used Excalibur rounds and loitering munitions for precision strikes.
Pakistan engaged in heavy shelling along the LoC, to which India responded effectively.
The Army is upgrading artillery with long-range firepower and automation.
