Karnataka Launches Citizen-Connect Campaign for Faster Grievance Redressal
Karnataka has started a new program called Prajaseva Abhiyana.
It lets people tell government officials about problems they are facing.
Officials may solve these problems immediately or within a set time.
Meetings will take place on Saturdays in different taluks and hoblis.
District ministers or local MLAs will lead the meetings.
People will be informed through pamphlets and calls from an AI-based call centre.
The program is meant to bring government services closer to people’s homes.

Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar launched Prajaseva Abhiyana from Kudligi hobli in Vijayanagar district on Saturday.
