Centre Introduces Viksit Bharat Activities in Schools
The government has asked all CBSE schools to hold activities from January 12 to 23.
These activities are about making India strong and self-reliant, called Viksit Bharat.
Students will take part in a run, make pledges, and join a quiz.
They will also do things like play traditional games, recite Vande Mataram, and talk about exam stress.
The goal is to get students excited about national initiatives.
Some schools and teachers are worried because these activities might take time away from studying for exams.
CBSE instructs 31,000 affiliated schools to hold Viksit Bharat activities from January 12-23.
Activities include a run, pledges, a quiz, and cultural events.
Students are encouraged to share activities on social media with #SwadeshiPPC.
Schools must send a report of activities after completion.
Some schools and teachers express concern about the impact on exam preparation time.
