Early on Sunday morning, a bus was travelling from Hyderabad to Bengaluru.

Another vehicle, called an Eicher, hit the bus from behind while it was on a bridge.

The crash was so strong that both vehicles fell off the bridge.

There were 34 people on the bus.

Altogether, 23 passengers were hurt, and one report said at least 20 of them were seriously injured.

Eleven people were lucky and were not hurt at all.

The police came quickly to help rescue the passengers.

The injured people were first taken to a government hospital in a town called Pamidi.

Later, they were moved to a bigger hospital in Anantapur for more care.

More details about what caused the crash are still waiting to be announced.
