Kozhikode Police 'Back to School' Project Aids Students
The Kozhikode City Police started a program called 'Back to School' to help kids who had to stop going to school for different reasons.
This program, with the help of the government and other groups, has already helped over 50 students go back to school.
The police also work with a program called HOPE, which has helped over 500 students in the past.
HOPE provides extra learning and support to students.
Many students have since passed exams and even gotten jobs after receiving help from these programs.
The goal is to help all kids get a good education and build a better future for themselves.
The 'Back to School' project, led by Kozhikode City Police, helped over 50 students resume their studies.
The initiative identified students through a survey and collaborated with the Department of Education and other organizations.
The project also extends support to children of migrant workers.
The HOPE scheme, launched in 2017, is combined with the 'Back to School' initiative, supporting education for dropouts.
HOPE has helped over 500 students to continue their education.
