Woman Kills Children, Dies by Suicide in Uttar Pradesh

Sangeeta, a woman facing mental challenges, tragically caused the deaths of her two young children, Shivansh and Shubhankar.

She stuffed cloth into their mouths and strangled them before ending her own life by hanging herself.

The children were very young, aged 3 years and 8 months and 14 months old.

Her husband was not at home during the incident, only returning after receiving the news.

The police are investigating the events, and the bodies have been sent for a post-mortem examination.

Sangeeta had returned to her in-laws' home earlier that day from her mother's house.
