Eric Dane Absent From Planned 'Grey's Anatomy' Emmys Reunion

The 2025 Emmy Awards planned a special reunion to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the TV show 'Grey's Anatomy'.

The plan was to have former stars Eric Dane and Jesse Williams appear together.

However, Eric Dane didn't show up, so Jesse Williams presented alone.

Dane played Dr. Mark Sloan for six seasons and Williams played Dr. Jackson Avery for twelve seasons.

The reason for Dane's absence is unknown.

'Grey's Anatomy' first aired in March 2005, making 2025 its 20th anniversary year.

Season 22 of Grey’s Anatomy premieres in October.
