NDR InvIT Trust files draft papers for ₹750-crore IPO

NDR InvIT Trust is a special company called an InvIT.

An InvIT is a way for people to invest in big infrastructure projects.

The trust wants to raise money from the public.

It plans to raise up to 750 crore rupees.

It filed a draft document with Sebi, which is India's market regulator.

Sebi checks such documents to make sure investors are protected.

Part of the money, up to 450 crore rupees, will come from selling new units.

Another part, up to 300 crore rupees, is an offer-for-sale.

An offer-for-sale means an existing owner sells its units to the public.

This gives people a chance to invest in the trust's units.
