Karnataka Police formed a special team to investigate a mobile phone allegedly found in former JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna's prison cell.
The team will be led by DIG Prisons and Reforms Jinendra Khanagavi, with DGP Prisons Alok Kumar stating collusion by jail authorities will also be probed.
