KVS-NVS Recruitment Sets OBC Certificate Date Requirement
KVS and NVS are hiring people for teaching and other jobs.
Some applicants want to use the OBC-NCL reservation benefit.
Their certificate must have been issued between January 1 and December 4, 2025.
December 4 is also the last day to apply.
A certificate with a different issue date may lead to rejection during document checks.
Passing the recruitment exam does not remove this requirement.
OBC candidates in the creamy layer cannot use OBC reservation and must apply in the General category.
Only communities on the Central Government's OBC list qualify.
The recruitment includes more than 15,000 jobs.
