Signature Global Invests ₹4,800 Cr in Gurugram Luxury Housing
Signature Global, a big real estate company, is going to build a fancy new housing project in Gurugram.
They are spending ₹4,800 crore to make 1,798 apartments.
The project is called 'Sarvam at DXP Estate' and is on Dwarka Expressway.
The apartments will cost between ₹3-4 crore each.
The company plans to finish building by 2032.
They are also making sure the project is good for the environment and has special features for health and wellness.
Signature Global is doing this to grow their business and sell more homes.
They recently got some money from the World Bank to help with other projects too.
