Blue Ant Media Acquires MagellanTV in $12M Deal
Blue Ant Media, a Canadian company, has bought MagellanTV, a documentary streaming service, for $12 million.
MagellanTV was started in 2018 by two people who used to work at National Geographic, PBS, and Discovery.
Blue Ant will pay half of the money upfront and the rest later.
The founder of MagellanTV, Greg Diefenbach, will now work for Blue Ant.
