Cyberabad Identifies 53 Ganesh Immersion Points, Launches Digital Locator
The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation has chosen 53 places where people can immerse Ganesh idols during Ganesh Utsavam 2026.
These places include lakes, ponds, and portable tanks.
They are spread across several parts of Cyberabad.
The municipality also created an online locator that works with a QR code.
People can use it to find the closest immersion place.
The locator can also show directions and contact information.
Officials want celebrations to be safe and orderly.
They also want flowers and पूजा materials disposed of properly so water bodies stay clean.
The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation identified 53 designated Ganesh immersion points across its circles.
Locations include lakes, ponds, baby ponds, and portable immersion facilities.
The sites cover areas including Narsingi, Patancheru, Ameenpur, Miyapur, and Serilingampally.
A QR-code-based locator provides nearby sites, directions, and nodal officer contact details.
Authorities urged residents to use designated points and dispose of पूजा materials properly to protect water bodies.
