Bihar Election Turnout: PM Modi Claims Record Voting Shows Trust in NDA
In Bihar, a lot of people voted in the first part of an election, the most ever!
The country's leader, Prime Minister Modi, said this high number of voters shows that people really trust him and his partner, Nitish Kumar, because they have done good things like build roads and make new laws.
He also said the other political groups, who used to be in charge before, were not good leaders and caused problems.
The Prime Minister believes the people of Bihar are happy with the development and opportunities they are getting, especially women.
The other political parties, however, think the big number of voters means people are unhappy and want a big change from the current leaders.
So, both sides are looking at the same election results and saying it means they are going to win because people support them!
Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that the record voter turnout in Bihar's first election phase reflects public trust in the NDA's development agenda and leadership.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah criticized the RJD's past rule as 'jungle raj,' citing poverty and lack of development, and credited Nitish Kumar with ending it.
PM Modi highlighted the NDA's achievements, including the Ram Mandir, abrogation of Article 370, and One Rank One Pension, contrasting them with the opposition's alleged false promises.
The NDA emphasized its commitment to women's representation and self-employment opportunities, promising a 'Viksit Bihar' in the next five years.
Both the ruling NDA and the opposition are interpreting the high turnout differently, with the NDA seeing it as a sign of confidence and the opposition viewing it as a desire for change.
