Shahrukhz Tower in Dubai Named After Shah Rukh Khan
A company in Dubai is building a very tall and fancy building called 'Shahrukhz' named after the famous Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan.
It will have 488 units and many luxury features like a swimming pool in the sky, a gym, and even a place to play cricket.
The building is on a very important road in Dubai and is close to famous places like the Burj Khalifa.
All the units in the building were sold out on the first day, which shows how popular it is.
The building is expected to be finished by June 2029.
Danube Properties is developing a 55-storey commercial tower named 'Shahrukhz' after Shah Rukh Khan in Dubai.
The tower is located on Sheikh Zayed Road and will have 488 units spanning 1 million square feet.
Completion date is June 2029, with unit prices starting at Rs 4 crores and sizes ranging from 460 sq ft to 11,000 sq ft.
All 488 units were sold out on the first day, with total sales amounting to AED 2.1 billion (Rs 5,000 crores).
The tower offers over 40 luxury amenities, including a sky pool, state-of-the-art gym, cricket pitch, and a helipad.
