Baby Shark Boy Park Geon-roung, 17, Set for K-pop Debut

Years ago, a little boy named Park Geon-roung danced in a very fun music video called 'Baby Shark.'

That video became the most-watched video on YouTube in the whole world.

Lots of people remembered him as the 'Baby Shark Boy.'

Now he is 17 years old and ready to start a brand-new job as a K-pop singer.

His stage name is still Baby Shark Boy, or BSB for short.

He is releasing his first song, called 'WAVE,' on August 19 in the United States and August 20 in South Korea.

A famous rapper named Joohoney from the group Monsta X sings on the song with him.

The same company that made 'Baby Shark,' The Pinkfong Company, is helping him with his new music.

He wants people to see him as his own artist, not just the little kid from the video.

This is his big step to grow up and show the world his new songs.
