Bengaluru Footpath Restored After Viral Video
A man named Caleb from Canada made a video showing how bad the footpaths were in a part of Bengaluru called Indiranagar.
The video went viral, and the city authorities quickly fixed the footpath.
They covered holes, removed plants, and cleared obstacles so people could walk safely.
This isn't the first time Caleb's videos have helped.
Earlier, his videos led to improvements in another area called Majestic.
People on social media thanked Caleb and asked him to visit other cities to help fix footpaths there too.
Caleb Friesen posted a viral video showing the poor condition of the Indiranagar Double Road footpath in Bengaluru.
The Bengaluru Central City Corporation (BCCC) and Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) restored the footpath after the video went viral.
The restoration included covering holes, removing encroaching pots, and clearing obstacles.
Friesen had previously prompted authorities to rejuvenate footpaths in the Majestic area in September.
Social media users thanked Friesen and urged him to highlight infrastructure issues in other cities.
